If you find a lower advertised price on a competitor website for an identical product covered by our price match policy, simply purchase the product safely and securely via our website. Enter the words "Price Match Request" in the comments field at checkout along with the exact URL of the competitor website advertising a lower price. Once your price match request is verified, we will gladly issue a refund equal to 100% of the actual price difference along with a store credit equal to 10% of the price difference. This store credit can be applied towards a future online purchase from AquaEverything.com as well as other quality EBD Shops websites. See example below:

We proudly offer free shipping on many of our best-selling products while many of our competitors do not. Our price match policy refers to the total delivered price of a product. If a competitor website advertises a lower price for an identical product but also charges an additonal shipping cost at checkout, this cost will be added when verifying your price match request. We also offer a 60 Day Price Protection Policy on most items. If you find a lower advertised price for a product covered by our price match policy, simply contact us within 60 calendar days after date of purchase. Once your request is verified, we will issue a store credit equal to 110% of price difference. In order to qualify for price protection, product must meet the following criteria:
Store credit issued for price match requests and price protection requests will be provided in form of electronic coupon code, which will be submitted to customer via email. These coupon codes can be redeemed towards future online purchases made within 90 days from original date of issue. Coupon codes can also be used towards phone orders placed within 90 days. Any coupon codes not redeemed within 90 days are automatically void, hold no monetary value, and cannot be extended nor redeemed towards future purchases.
Our price match policy applies to advertised prices for identical products appearing on authorized retailer websites, current published print ads, and formal written quotes only. Price match policy and price protection policy do not apply to pond liner, pond liner underlayment, or Hot Deal items. In addition, these policies do not apply to used or refurbished products, items sold by private parties (non-authorized dealers), closeout specials, discontinued items, "call for price" discount offers, advertisements appearing on onine forums, bulletin boards, and social networks, products sold via online auction sites, including Amazon Marketplace and eBay. We will not engage in bidding wars with our competitors.

Most orders are shipped within 1 -2 business days after they are received. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your order is received. Whenever possible, we will also provide tracking information via email once your order is shipped.
As some products are "built to order" or subject to temporary back-orders, on rare occasion shipping for some products may be delayed up to 10 business days. Customers will generally be notified via email if such a delay occurs.
To help ensure all orders are processed for our valued customers in the expedient manner possible, some products purchased from us may be shipped from different warehouses and therefore may arrive separately.

We proudly offer shipping within the contiguous USA, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Shipping for most products is also available to Canada and Mexico residents. Shipping cost for orders shipping outside the contiguous USA will be calculated manually after an order is received. Actual shipping cost will be provided via email. We do not offer free shipping outside contiguous USA. Additional customs duties and/or handling fees may also apply for items shipped outside the contiguous USA.
Please inspect all products purchased and report any damage to us within two (2) business days after receipt. We are not responsible for shipping damage reported to us after this time.
All warranty claims are handled direct with the respective product manufacturer. If you require warranty assistance for a product purchased from us, we will gladly request a warranty claim / RMA# from the respective manufacturer on your behalf. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

All product returns must be approved. We will not accept product returns without prior authorization. All returned products, excluding warranty claims, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returned products must arrive to us in new condition in original packaging. If returned product appears used or damaged, refund will not be provided.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. For products originally purchased with "free shipping," actual shipping cost paid by us will be deducted from any refund issued for all returns. No product returns accepted on special order (non-inventory) items except in cases of damaged products due to shipping.
Please inspect your order when it arrives for damage and verify your order is complete. We do not offer free exchanges or returns for damaged or incorrect merchandise if reported to us more than two (2) business days after delivery date.
All returned items must be received in their original packaging, unopened, and unused condition. If a returned item has been opened, appears used, and/or damaged in any way a refund / credit will not be issued.
